Article Snippet: The fixed samples were sectioned, and the slices were washed three times with PBS and incubated for 2 h at room temperature with primary polyclonal antibodies to FITC‐labeled CD68 (catalog no. bs‐06449R, Bioss, Boston, USA), F4/80 (catalog no. 28463‐1‐AP, Proteintech, Rosemont, USA), or CD169 (catalog no. bs‐10751R, Bioss, Boston, USA), all diluted to 1:5000.
