    Article Snippet: Sections were pretreated with normal mouse serum (20 min., room temperature), and next incubated for 1 hr with primary antibody mixture consisting of hamster anti-mouse podoplanin (clone 811) with either goat anti-mouse VEGFR3 (R & D Systems) or rabbit anti-mouse LYVE-1 (kind gift from Prof. David Jackson, John Radcliffe University Hospital, Oxford, UK) diluted in PBS/1% BSA.
