    Article Snippet: Cell layer lysates (10 µg/sample) were probed using antibodies directed against ET-1, ET-3 (R & D Labs) ETA and ETB (Alomone Labs, Israel), followed by incubation with appropriate horseradish peroxidase-conjugated bound secondary antibody (Jackson ImmunoResearch Laboratories).Signal was detected using the enhanced chemiluminescence protocol (Amersham Biosciences, Piscataway, NJ) as described by the manufacturer.
