    HIF1α is a key transcription factor upregulating HK2 expression in EML4-ALK-expressing lung cancer cells ( A ) The HK2 luciferase reporter pGL2-138HK2-Luc or the HRE mutant form was co-transfected into A549 cells along with pCDNA3.1/Zeo(+) (vector) or pCDNA3.1/Zeo(+)-EML4-ALK.
