    Echelon Biosciences pi 3 4 p2
    Cellular phosphatidylinositol phosphate levels in response to INPP4B silencing and knockout, and PI3K in vitro lipid kinase assays A, BT549 cells were treated with either a non-targeting control siRNA or siRNA targeting INPP4B. Lipids were isolated and measured by ELISA; PIP 3 and <t>PI-3,4-P</t> 2 levels were subsequently normalized to PI-4,5-P 2 levels or to total protein.
