BPA-related differentially hydroxymethylated regions (DHMRs) were identified and annotated using a bioinformatics pipeline. Annotated DHMRs were then visualized in the genome browser. The target gene region—Gnas—was then validated using RT-qPCR on available RNA from the blood samples.
