QuantoBio flow cytometry anti mouse cd3
β -cat Tg potentiated the apoptosis of T cells of lpr / lpr mice. WT, β -cat Tg , lpr / lpr , and β -cat Tg lpr / lpr female mice were sacrificed at age 8–12 weeks and splenocytes were isolated. The CD4 + T cells obtained from splenocytes were expanded in IL-2, IL-7, and IL-15 for 5 days. The T cell apoptosis then was induced by using different concentrations of <t>anti-CD3</t> Ab ( μ g/ml).
