    Millipore co immunoprecipitation buffer
    OGC interacts with Bcl-x L and ANT. We performed a <t>co-immunoprecipitation</t> experiment in HEK293 cells using an antibody against ANT, which is an integral component of the MPTP. We were able to detect Bcl-X L , OGC and ANT in the co-immuno precipitant. As a control protein, we chose subunit 1 of complex IV of the electron transport chain, which is also localized to the inner mitochondrial membrane. This control protein did not co-immunoprecipitate with Bcl-x L , OGC and ANT, but was present in the supernatant (input).
