    Innovotech mbec biofilm inoculator 96 well plate
    Elimination of P. aeruginosa <t>biofilm</t> by PlyPa03 and PlyPa91. A P. aeruginosa PAO1 biofilm was established using the <t>MBEC</t> biofilm inoculator 96-well plate system. Biofilms were grown for 24 h on the 96-peg lid, washed twice, and treated with different concentrations of PlyPa03, PlyPa91, or the buffer control for 2 h at 37°C. The pegs were washed, and the surviving bacteria were recovered by sonication in 200 μl/well PBS. Quantification of the surviving bacteria was done by serial dilution and plating. Experiments were done in triplicate; error bars represent standard deviations.
