The effect of PAX6 on the LNCaP cell growth and reproduction. A: The growth of LNCaP cells stably transfected with <t>pcDNA3-flag-PAX6</t> or parent LNCaP cells was determined by MTT assays on the indicated days. B: The representative wells demonstrate the total number of colonies formed by LNCaP cells transfected with the indicated plasmids.
