Article Snippet: After first incubating the tissue sections with primary antibodies (rabbit anti‐mouse CD31 [1:50, ABclonal, Cat# A0378], anti‐interleukin (IL)‐1 beta rabbit pAb [1:800, Servicebio, GB11113‐100], and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) Alpha [1:400, Proteintech, Cat No. 60291‐1‐lg]) at 4°C for 24 h, the sections were incubated with biotin‐labeled secondary antibody and horseradish enzyme‐labeled streptomyces at room temperature for 2 h. The color reaction was performed using diaminobenzidine (DAB) kit.
