    Visible light images of PB103:pTAK117-minC and PB103:pIKE107-RFP-minC upon continuous exposure to 2 mM IPTG and 1 nM anhydrotetracycline, respectively. Overnight cultures (initiated from glycerol stocks and grown at 37°C in LB amp50) were sub-cultured to fresh LB amp50 for 90 min and used at a 100-fold dilution to inoculate fresh LB amp50 supplemented with IPTG and anhydrotetracycline.
