Secondary metabolites were extracted from 120 h old Czapek-dox stationary liquid cultures of wild type (WT), Δ veA , complementation and OE veA strains. Extracts were analyzed with Shimadzu <t>2010</t> EV LC-MS as described in the materials and methods section.
