Antimicrobial treatments tested were formic acid (FA), lactic acid (LA), peracetic acid (PA), potassium sorbate (PS), and sodium propionate (SOP). Antimicrobial treatment concentrations are represented as % ( v / w ). Statistically significant treatments that had p < 0.05 from untreated sample have specific p -values annotated, while all other compounds had p > 0.05. Statistically significant compounds were identified through a one-way ANOVA followed by Dunnett’s multiple comparisons test.
