Hepatic gene expression in sexually mature male rainbow trout (Onchorynchus mykiss) measured using a low-density cDNA <t>microarray.</t> Three trout were individually exposed for 7 d to a measured 17α-ethynylestradiol (EE2) concentration of 75 ng/L. A total of 32 cDNA sequences were on the microarray and are listed below the figure. Results are expressed as the mean fold-change relative to control trout that received only the methanol carrier.
