The size of the full-length DINB1 transcript and the putative alternative transcripts are indicated by arrows on the left. (B) RT-PCR analysis of DINB1 expression in human tissues. RT-PCR was performed on cDNAs from multiple human tissues by using primers complementary to the 5′ and 3′ ends of the ORF. Lanes corresponding to HeLa and testis cDNA are overloaded by comparison with the other lanes. Samples (20 μl) were analyzed on a 1% agarose gel in TBE.
