<t>Levamlodipine</t> <t>Besylate</t> restores spatial learning and memory in VaD mice. Eight weeks after rUCCAO operation, Levamlodipine Besylate was administered orally ( p.o .) at 0.1 or 0.5 mg/kg, and Mementine was administered orally ( p.o .) at a dose of 20 mg/kg for eight weeks. The Morris water maze experiment was used to test the spatial learning of these mice.
