Article Snippet: To evaluate the cytotoxicity of lomerizine in vitro, BV2 microglial cells were exposed to vehicle (0.1%–0.5%) or lomerizine (0.1, 1, 5, 10, or 20 μM) for 24 h. The cells were then incubated with MTT solution for 3 h, and the formazan product was dissolved in DMSO for 20 min and quantified by measuring the absorbance at 570 nm in a SPECTROstar Nano microplate reader (BMG Labtech, Ortenberg, Germany).
