    AMPK mediates evodiamine-induced eNOS phosphorylation, NO production and tube formation in ECs. (A) BAECs were pretreated or without 10 µmol/L compound C (C.C) for 1 h, then incubated with evodiamine (1 µmol/L) for 15 min. Cellular lysates were immunoblotted with phosphorylated AMPK at Thr172, AMPK, phosphorylated eNOS at Ser635 and Ser1179, and eNOS.
