Next, the membrane was washed thrice with TBST buffer (T1081, Solarbio Science & Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing, China); then, secondary antibodies (HRP-conjugated Affinipure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) or HRP-conjugated Affinipure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgGs (H+L); 1:5000) were added to the membrane and incubated at room temperature for 1 h.
