Article Snippet: Our criteria for ASE required that SNPs satisfy the following conditions: (1) average intensity across all samples greater than 11.25 (Illumina arbitrary fluorescence units); (2) at least 2 heterozygotes (based on BeadStudio calls from gDNA samples) with adjusted p -values less than 0.01 and absolute log-fold-changes greater than 0.585 and (3) at least 80% of homozygotes with adjusted p -values less than 0.01 and absolute log-fold-changes greater than 0.585.
