CD47 regulates the expression of DNA damage repair genes (A) HepG2 cells were treated with cisplatin (10 μM) for 48 h. After treatment, the mRNA levels of indicated DNA repair genes were determined by qRT-PCR. (B) HepG2 cells were treated with cisplatin as described above. The protein levels of FANCA, <t>BRCA2,</t> and ERCC1 were determined. (C) Cells were seeded onto 96-well plates. After 24 h, cisplatin (10 μM) was added and cell incubation continued. Cell viability was detected at indicated time points.
