Tocris ddr1 inhibitor
RMF-EG were cultured in 3D collagen gels in the presence of DDR1i (+) or vehicle (−) followed by assessment of collagen gel contraction [n=3 gels per condition] (A). Reduced gel contraction with DDR1i was observed (A). RMF-EG were cultured on collagen-coated tissue culture plate or in 3D hydrogel, followed by RNA isolation.
