Figure Legend Snippet: Serum-starved cells plated on low and high stiffness hydrogels were treated with DMSO (Ctrl) or 0.1𝜇M YM155 for 24 hours. Western blot analysis shows reduced survivin ( A−B ), cyclin D1 ( C−D ), and cyclin A ( C, E ) expression on high stiffness hydrogels in U87 cells treated with YM155. For siRNA knockdown, U87 cells were transfected with 200 nM control or survivin siRNA.
