Article Snippet: For each condition, a master mix sufficient for seven subsequent reactions was assembled containing 14 μL chromatin (5 μM nucleosome concentration), 12.6 μL of 5X dilution buffer (125 mM Tris pH 7.5, 70 mM KCl, 25 mM DTT, BSA 0.5 mg/mL, 25% Glycerol), 7 μL of 5 μM p300 HAT-domain (produced by Protein Technologies, VBC) in 1X Dilution buffer, and 19.6 μL ddH 2 O.
