Article Snippet: Brain sections were boiled in citric acid buffer for 5 min in a microwave oven and were treated with 0.3% Triton X100 and 10% goat serum for 1 h at room temperature, then incubated in primary antibodies for 2 h at room temperature and then overnight at 4 ◦C (1:300 rabbit anti-NeuN Polyclonal antibody, Proteintech, Wuhan, China).
