The cells were fixed, permeabilized and probed with p120-catenin and Kaiso factor antibodies. DAPI was used as a nuclear stain, Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated secondary antibody was used to detect p120-catenin and Cy3 conjugated secondary antibody was used to detect Kaiso factor. Images were captured using an Olympus fv10i confocal microscope and colocalization was analyzed using the ImageJ (version 1.46r, JacoP Plugin) software. The results were statistically significant with respect to parental cells by two-tailed t -test analysis for n = 3.
