    Screening for nourseothricin-resistant transformants with non-sterile seeds. A. thaliana (Col-0) was transfected with a green fluorescent protein expression construct and the resulting seeds were screened for transgene integration in non-sterile conditions on MSTT agar with added nourseothricin (50 mg/mL).
